Shipping :
We use USPS Priority mail for shipping within the US and USPS Priority International mail for international customers. (We are not able to redirect the package, so please double check your address.) Packages go out one to five business days from the day of purchase. Usually Priority mail takes two to five days to deliver in the US. However, we would like to advise our customers that delivery of our Online Store orders could be delayed due to precautions being taken during the COVID 19 pandemic.
International orders may take much longer to arrive. Please contact us for more detailed information about international shipping at akira@akirasatake.com. International buyers are responsible for duties, fees, or taxes incurred upon receipt.
Cancellation :
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been confirmed and the payment has been processed we will gladly refund your purchase amount, but you will still be responsible for payment of the processing fee. (3% in the US, 4% for international orders.) Please be aware that Akira Satake Ceramics does not keep this processing fee, it is a payment required by Shopify, our online processing service, on all orders whether cancelled or not.
Refunds and Exchanges :
If an item reaches you in damaged condition we will gladly replace it with a similar item of equal value. We do not exchange merchandise that reaches you in good condition. We do our best to accurately depict and describe the items in the shop and ask that you keep in mind that all items are made by hand and retain unique variations.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a refund within seven days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for the cost of processing fees and return shipping.

米国内からご注文されたお客様には、ご購入後１〜５営業期日内にUSPS (米国郵便)Priority mailで発送致します。Priority Mailの場合、配達期間は地域によって異なります。 （商品発送後の住所変更はできませんので、再度ご確認ください。）Priority mailのお届けは米国内ではおおよそ２日〜５日以内です。ご購入後、キャンセルされる場合にはクレジットカードの取引手数料は返金されませんのでご注意ください。
海外発送をご希望の方へ：
海外発送にかかる全ての費用は全額お客様のご負担とさせて頂きます。郵送に関してご質問のある場合は、いつでもご相談ください。
返品と交換について :
ご注文の商品に破損があった場合、まずはご連絡ください。全ての商品は手作業によるものです。また、商品は写真や寸法などにより、出来る限り説明致しております。配送による破損以外の交換はお受け致し兼ねます。
ご注文された商品にご不満の場合、７日以内の返品は受け付けています。その場合の返送料はお客様負担となりますのでご了承ください。
返金について：
お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・ご返金の場合、クレジットカード取引手数料（米国内では3％、インターナショナルの場合は4％）を除きましたお支払い代金を返金させていただきます。
商品を発送後のキャンセルに関しましては、返品商品到着後に手続きを進めさせて頂きます。またその際に発生する返送代金は、お客様の御負担となりますのでご了承ください。
