Additional Legal Terms for EU & UK Customers Withdrawal Right

Our in-person and online workshops are leisure/educational services performed on a specific scheduled date. In accordance with applicable consumer protection law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), bookings for services tied to a fixed date or period are excluded from the standard 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) period once the workshop date is confirmed. Instead, the cancellation policy described in our General Information page applies:

• In-person workshops: cancellations require at least 30 days' notice.

• Online workshops: cancellations require at least 7 days' notice.
