Studying under the Bizen master Ryuichi Karkurezaki, practicing the anagama firing technique, and developing his own characteristic style, the New York native, Tim Rowan. A musician living in New York who discovered ceramics and moved to North Carolina to build a kiln for his works, Akira Satake.
An exhibition of the traces of these two peoples lives viewed through their ceramic arts.
